Ellzey United Methodist Church
Enter ~ Rest ~ Pray
At Ellzey UMC we believe that all should experience God's Love and the Peace of Jesus Christ, whether within the walls or outside in the World, creating disciples who follow in the footsteps of Our Lord and Savior.
Wednesday afternoon Adult Bible Study starts at 4pm, and is open to all ages.
We currently are not having active youth study due to Covid precautions.
Pancake Breakfast served the second Sunday of each month at 10AM.
Who We Are
Enter. Rest. Pray.
Here at Ellzey United Methodist Church, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for all. We invite all who pass our way to enter the Church Sanctuary and spend time with God.
The front doors are always open so that all may enter as they wish for prayer and rest.
Church can happen anywhere.
It happens when we create learning opportunities that transform lives. It happens when we create safe environments where children can play and learn. It happens when education makes the path to citizenship a little easier. And when our sacrifices help nourish our minds and bodies.
That’s putting beliefs into action.

Our Sunday School services provide a closer look at scripture and opportunities to openly discuss how we can apply God's Word to our lives. Immediately following Sunday School is our traditional worship service, which includes the singing of hymns from the Methodist Hymnal.
(To begin again soon) On Monday afternoons after the regular school day, local youth meet for Bible Study and activities.
(To begin again soon) We also come together in a Community Monthly Prayer Meeting on the Second Wednesday of the month from 6-8pm, in which a fellowship dinner is enjoyed followed by a Service Centered in Prayer and laying our heartfelt requests at the Altar.
We urge all to come as you are so that you are comfortable as you spend time in worship.
